Please note: This system has now been largely superceeded by the 'Unlimited' deals. The only
time you will perhaps need this system is if you do not live here in France permanently, and do not wish to pay a
monthly 'Unlimited' fee. With 'Particulier' if you do not use the system, then you pay nothing. This is the most
suitable system for those of you who have holiday homes here in France.

Particulier Tariff

France to the UK is the SAME PRICE, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 2.9 cents TTC with a
connection fee of 10 cents. Calls to UK mobiles are charged at 27 cents with a connection fee of 10
cents. Primus’s tariffs worldwide are very competitive. Primus is also a leading provider of local and
national calls within France. The call charge on both local and national is 1 cent with a connection fee
of 10 cents.

All calls are charged by the second from the first second. There are some companies
advertising what appear to be competitive prices, who cunningly charge not by the second, but in slices of 20
seconds. Beware of this trap. With Primus you only pay for the calls you make. There are no monthly
fees, cancellation fees, or contract duration. If for any reason whatsoever you decide to cancel, then this
will be done straight away with no charge. Please note France Telecom can take up to 2 weeks to restore or switch
your line to another operator.

Your Internet access, analogue or ADSL Broadband, is not affected in anyway whatsoever and is still
routed through France Telecom, whoever you are connected to. French 08 series numbers, such as Indigo, autre
operator and services audiotel will appear on your France Telecom bill. Primus allows you to dial UK
Free/Premium numbers such as 0800,0870,0871 and 0845 series numbers, which are often blocked by overseas
operators. All 08 UK numbers are charged at 27.5 cents with a connection fee of 10 cents. 09 series
numbers are definitely not able to be dialled outside of the UK. However, the whole 08 UK process is very complicated
and some numbers are not accessible for technical reasons. As these UK numbers are very expensive to overseas
operators, if you have to dial one of these UK numbers, I suggest you ask your recipient to give you a normal number

Connection is normally within 24 hours of receiving your application. We will
ring you and email you to let you know when you are connected. We will also provide you with a special number to
ring, which will tell you when France Telecom has switched your outgoing line to Primus. This message is in both French and
English.
The following table shows the REAL call charges of companies using a connection charge. The tariff
shown is to the UK. All prices are inclusive of TVA:

The following must be returned to our address below with your application:
1. The Primus application form signed in the two relevant places and dated.
2. A printed RIB slip, (relevé d’identité bancaire) from your cheque book or statement.

We will be unable to process your application without any of the above. We will inform you by phone as soon as you are connected to the
Primus Network, which is normally within 24 to 36 hours of receiving your paperwork. The above also applies to existing Primus customers
changing to this offer, who are not on an ‘Unlimited’ system, as you are starting a brand new contract. Your new direct debit supersedes
your old one.
This offer is a ‘présélection’ service. That is to say you dial as you do at present and the system is
totally invisible to you. Your application includes a ‘mandat de présélection’ This mandate is forwarded to France Telecom by Primus,
France Telecom in turn switch your outgoing line so that all vocal and fax calls are routed automatically via Primus. The quality and
reliability of Primus is the same as France Telecom. Your incoming line is still with France Telecom along with all its extras such as
answerphone, transfer to another phone etc. Having joined Primus you should only pay France Telecom for your two monthly abonnement
(standing charge) of 30.00€ TTC plus any calls you make to Premium French 08** numbers. Please tell us if you have a France Telecom forfait
and we will send you a letter to cancel it. This must be sent by 'lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception,’ from La Poste. If you
are on preselection with another operator, then you will need to cancel this by the same method and we can send you a letter to forward onto
them. France Telecom should inform you within 14 days, by letter, that they have made this change, though often many customers never
receive this letter. If for any reason you wish to use France Telecom you can request a system called ‘8FT’ which allows you to bypass
Primus and use France Telecom. This has to be ordered specifically from your local France Telecom agency and is a free service. I can supply a
suitable letter on request in French to send to France Telecom.
