We have several different packages to suit all your needs from ‘Pay As You Go services,’ to ‘Unlimited calls’ to landlines, with or without your France Telecom Line Rental.   Please let us know which countries you call the most and we will try our best to put together a ‘bespoke’ system for you.  We can also provide your Line Rental, so you no longer have to struggle in French with France Telecom or any of the other French operators - technically you are still connected to France Telecom, as all operators are in rural areas.  However, we look after you completely, and you receive just ‘One Bill,’ with no bills from France Telecom.  All our calls are quality calls routed through the normal Telecom Network, not through the Internet (VoIP) as many operators do to save money.

We are often asked ‘if I leave France Telecom will I get the same support as before.’  The answer is definitely 'yes'.  France Telecom outsources all its line work and repairs to private companies.  Each department has a number of these companies. They service France Telecom and all other providers like us, with exactly the same priority as everyone else.  Our Technical Support is able to test your line with the very latest equipment and report any failure to the relevant local company.  All operators such as Orange, Free, SFR and ourselves have to use these same companies; however these companies vary in their efficiency.   One of France Telecom’s excuses for delays in repairs of Landlines is that everyone has a mobile phone.  We do not agree with this statement.
