I have been a Telecoms Consultant for the past 14 years, coming into this profession rather late in life.  Having moved to France in 1991, I needed to telephone the UK on a daily basis.  However the cost of calls at that time, was ridiculously high and I needed to find an alternative cheaper system.  Eighteen years ago, the only other choice was known as a 'Callback,' rather antiquated by modern standards.

At that time, I was a freelance UK Television Producer and Director, with a career in Television spanning 30 years.  In 1995, I decided to retire early from the world of Television and  to concentrate on setting up a French company, dedicated to helping people through the mire of Telecom prices etc. 

We are a registered SARL company, that is to say a limited company - and over the past 14 years I have built up a solid core-customer base both in France and Europe.  My principal ethos is 'customer service.' I only offer services that I would use myself with the utmost confidence.  I only use companies that I have been entirely satisfied with, not only on price, but that have exceptional day-to-day administration. When I have found this not to be the case, I have immediately offered my customers an alternative. I am proud to say that many of my customers have been with us from the very start.

I have been married for 40 years and we have two grown up married children.  Darrell our son and Kathryn his wife live in Cleveland and he is a very talented computer graphic artist.  They have two children Isabelle and Aimee.  Our daughter Charlotte, and her husband Ben, live in Cheltenham. They have three children, Rosie, Emily and Thomas.   My hobbies, when I get time, are Photography, Motor Racing and I am a licensed radio amateur holding the French license F5VAI.  My wife Sue is a keen horsewoman and gardener.  We are very integrated into the French way of life with many friends of various nationalities. 

Irina Zarb

Irina has lived most of her life in France and is fluent in both French and English.  She has worked mainly in Media Management in the theatre and cinema business - where she worked as co-director.  In this profession, she perfected her skills both as an organiser and in the field of customer support.

Continuing in a different but related section of the Media profession, she moved into publishing and the press - where she was able to put her language skills into practice for translating, interpreting, copy-editing, proof reading and indexing.   Her keen aesthetic judgement meant that she was able to work on the design and layout of newspapers and magazines, as well as advise customers on advertising content and market positioning.  Irina brings a wealth of different talents to us and we are very lucky to have her working for us. 

Nathalie Chaunavel-Grist

Nathalie brings to the company her enthusiasm and detail to work.   She is a brilliant people communicator and will go that little extra mile or so with customers.  She has lived in France for 20 years and has two children Ben and Tom.
